Update on Cobell vs. Kempthorne

The plaintiffs in the case have decided to appeal Judge Robinson’s ruling. The judge has agreed to enter a written order next week that will allow a prompt appeal of his latest rulings in the class action suit over the government’s mismanagement of the Indian Trust Funds. Clovis Music Festival

Coming up in September is the annual rock and roll music festival in Clovis, New Mexico. September 4, 5, and 6th are the dates. Some of the acts featured are Bobby Vee, Chris Montez, Johnny Preston, the Chiffons, Tommy Allsup & Kevin Montgomery, and Sting Ray & The Killer Vees with the Ritchie Valens Tribute Show.
