Call me cynical but here is what I think will happen:
Nothing is going to happen. These congressmen are probably out trolling for campaign contributions again that’s all that is going on. They will find out that the contracts must be paid, the bonus collectors will make sincere sounding apologies and swear to never do it [...] [...]

According to them President Obama plans to have our veterans’ private insurance pay for their service related injuries and disabilities.
