		<description>I wonder if the powers that be have thought of the cultural implications of all this, meaning the law of unintended consequences. This might not work out as they think but right now it is, and has been since the Reagan administration, being driven by an unholy alliance of left-wing politics, Democratic Party wishes to try and ensure re-election and, as always, the desire on the part of employers to undercut wages and the federal government to collect social security taxes that might never have to be paid out. I haven&#039;t even discussed the drug trade and the role drug money plays in political campaigns.</description>
